# Honest Elf > Honest Elf is a Texas Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP). It lets individuals and law firms — and AI agents acting on their behalf — prepare, submit, and track court filings online through the Texas eFileTexas system (Tyler Technologies Electronic Filing Manager, ECF 5.0). Honest Elf is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Filings are reviewed asynchronously by court clerks; court filing fees apply and are quoted before submission. Pricing: Honest Elf charges a flat $3 per filing submission. Court filing fees are additional and the full amount is quoted before submission. No subscriptions. ## For AI agents (MCP) - [Court e-filing for AI agents](https://www.honestelf.com/agents): overview of the Honest Elf MCP server, its 27 tools, safety model, and how to connect a client. - MCP endpoint: https://mcp.honestelf.com/mcp (streamable HTTP transport; OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration; OAuth metadata at https://mcp.honestelf.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server). - Capabilities: search Texas courts and their filing codes, look up existing cases in the court record, create filing drafts, attach PDF documents via secure upload links, get itemized court fee quotes, submit filings with a user-approved confirmation token, and track clerk review status and e-service notifications. - Safety: submission requires a fee quote (prepare_filing) and a short-lived confirmation token; the intended flow is explicit human approval of the fee total before submit_filing. Tool errors are JSON objects with stable codes and recovery instructions. ## Key pages - [Home](https://www.honestelf.com/): what Honest Elf does and who it is for. - [How it works](https://www.honestelf.com/how-it-works): prepare, review, file, and track — the filing lifecycle. - [Services](https://www.honestelf.com/services): filing types Honest Elf supports. - [E-File in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/efile-texas): Texas-specific filing details. - [About](https://www.honestelf.com/about): who Honest Elf serves. - [Support](https://www.honestelf.com/support): contact and help. - [Terms of Service](https://www.honestelf.com/terms) ## Guides - [How Texas e-filing works](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/how-texas-e-filing-works) - [How to e-file in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/how-to-efile-texas) - [EFSP vs EFM vs CMS explained](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/efsp-vs-efm-vs-cms-explained) - [Best e-filing service providers in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/best-e-filing-service-providers-in-texas) - [File small claims in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/file-small-claims-in-texas) - [File an eviction in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/file-eviction-in-texas) - [How to respond to a lawsuit in Texas](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/how-to-respond-to-a-lawsuit-in-texas) - [How to file a motion in Texas court](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/how-to-file-a-motion-in-texas-court) - [Why your Texas e-file was rejected](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/why-your-texas-e-file-was-rejected) - [What happens after you submit an e-file](https://www.honestelf.com/guides/what-happens-after-you-submit-an-e-file) - [All guides](https://www.honestelf.com/guides)
