By creating an account or using Honest Elf, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable court rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Honest Elf is an Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) that transmits filings to courts through the Tyler Technologies Odyssey File & Serve system.

• Honest Elf does not represent any court
• Honest Elf does not provide legal advice
• Honest Elf does not guarantee acceptance of filings

All filings are subject to court review and approval.

By using Honest Elf, you also agree to the applicable terms of the Tyler Technologies Odyssey File & Serve system.

You agree that:

• All information submitted is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to file on behalf of the party
• Documents comply with court rules and formatting requirements
• You will not submit fraudulent, illegal, or misleading filings

You are solely responsible for the content of your filings.

• A filing is not considered filed until accepted by the court
• Submission through Honest Elf does not guarantee acceptance
• Courts may reject filings for any reason

You are responsible for monitoring filing status and correcting rejected filings.

• Filing fees are determined by the court and/or payment processor
• Convenience or service fees may apply
• Fees are non-refundable once submitted, except where required by law

Payments are processed via third-party systems (e.g., TOGA).

By submitting a filing, you authorize Honest Elf and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Honest Elf depends on external systems, including court systems and the EFM.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Immediate processing

Delays or outages may occur outside our control.

If you use electronic service:

• You are responsible for selecting correct service contacts
• Delivery is not guaranteed
• Failed service may require alternate methods

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Honest Elf is not liable for:

• Rejected filings
• Missed deadlines
• Court errors
• System outages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where filings are submitted.
